Property Inspections

The Property or home inspection is private and is made under guidelines set up by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) “Standard of Practices” or American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) . The property inspection will contain more opinions and general information and is a visual inspection of the interior and exterior structural elements, including plumbing, electrical, heating, water heater, sewer, natural or propane gas service and roofing information.
