Termite Inspections

The Wood Destroying Organisms inspection report details areas of a structure where wood has been or potentially could be affected by living organisms (such as Termites, Wood Beetles, or Dryrot and Fungus), and includes recommendations to correct the conditions and to control the organisms (as required under strict California Structural Pest Control Board Act Rules and Regulations). Estimates are provided in a separate Work Authorization.
